1969 Dodge Charger Daytona numbers matching 440 engine and 727 auto transmission. The Daytona retains it's original fender tag and broadcast sheet!
This Daytona was sold new by Zeck Motor Company with 1,000 demo miles on it by the owners son who ordered the car. It has been off the road since 1973 and only has 24,000 miles on it! There were only around 20 B5 blue Daytonas produced some with white or black wings and there were white, black or blue interior colors making this a rare combination! In addition this Daytona has the fold down buddy seat with the B7 blue interior. The Daytona was restored during the 2008-2009 time frame by Troy Angelly Restorations. Then went on to achive OE GOLD at the Mopar Nationals. It was the second Daytona to achive this status and the highest scoring at that time. The late Keith Rohm and crew added 3 more for a total of 5 from that respected program. Our Daytona also received Concours Gold from the respected MCACN show. When famed artist David Snyder saw the Daytona at the Aero Warrior reunion at Talladega he nominated it for the Louisville Concours De' Elegance! The Daytona was a popular entry and received "BEST IN CLASS" honors! The Daytona also had a 2 year residency at the Gilmore Car Museum in Hickory Corners Michigan. During it's stay it was featured in the TV show Car Crazy. The Daytona was a feature and the museum director said it was the most significant car in the muscle car display. The Daytona recently took first place in the 2019 Midwest Charger meet.
The Daytona retains all original rare Daytona sheet metal that includes the nose cone assembly, hood, front fenders with stainless trim and scoops, A pillar deflectors, window plug, wing and trunk lid. The list of rare assembly line and NOS parts not to be found again is priceless. The Daytona is priced at $279,000.00. When you compare the quality and recent auction results you will see what a value this Daytona is!
The Daytona is located in north west Indiana.
Thankyou John and Linda Borzych
