Those are usually engine, axle, and trans info, I don’t recognize yours, probably because it’s an original 318 car. Google lynch road tags, you’ll find the info you’re looking for.

Take a picture from the back side, sometimes it's easier to read. Looks like the code on the bottom next to the transmission code is "120", which would be January 20 as the scheduled production date.
