This Daytona was a local car. Someone we know used to store it for the family that owned the dealership. The car was never sold or registered. It was repainted,and the vynal top was added,and the A pillar moldings were lost.


Last time I saw the car, it had a white vinyl top.

Why the red X in the post above?
 
Mine in '79.. already has it's first body job and repaint... and the mandatory extended shackles.. lol

Here’s my Dads car from 1970. It made an everlasting mark on our entire family, we loved this car! Also included is his time slip from the PHR Summernationals that year, as he was runner up.

I don't know who disagrees with me,but I saw the car in person myself,and the top was black when I looked at the car. It had aftermarket aluminum wheels on it too,the original magnum 500 wheels were in the trunk.
