New 67 Belvedere Owner

appears to be a very nice Belvedere too

welcome to FBBO from NorCal Sierras

:welcome: from the foothills of NE Tennessee!
Man, I'm really digging that Belvedere. How cool would that be, to get an original low mile
critter? I really like those Hurst wheels and redlines on it; they look like they belong on the thing.
Thanks
Nice car and welcome - dig those wheels!
Thanks, I chased this set of wheels for 30 years.

Welcome from the show me state!!

Been a while since I posted about the Belvedere. With work and family, my time is pretty limited to work on cars. With some recent “stay at home” time I was able to complete some suspension upgrades. I got some ESPO HD springs with urethane bushings and a 3.23 Sure Grip to replace the 2.94s. Up front I did the manual disc conversion from Dr. Diff, 1” torsion bars from Firm Feel and hollow 1 3/8” sway bar from Hellwig. Hotchkis/Fox shocks all the way around. Huge difference in ride and handling! Steel wheels with Cooper tires are way better for all around driving. Probably going to swap out the factory power steering for a Firm Feel 20:1 manual steering box that I have left over from my Barracuda.
