70 Bee with or without Go Wing???

Here this is a mopar with a Go wing.

Personally, I like them on quite a few cars to include the Bee. Problem is that they got a bad rap from all of the cheap versions that sagged and the crappy knock offs. Growing up in that era it always made be think it was a high end performance car with the wing, but each to his own. On that note, I never liked the gull wing especially on the E bodies, more specifically the Cudas.

Those wings have their place in the world. Some like them some don't They look decent on an e body or even an A body but I have never thought they looked good on a B Body. What I mean by brick was most B-Body cars 68/70 were squared off and the spoilers just looked out of place on a squared off car. Would you put a Go-Wing on a 66/67 Belvedere? Probably not. Just saying in my opinion I don't like them.

On this A body looks decent.

WITHOUT!!! (since you asked)

Everybody always says, your car, your money etc. The guy is asking for an opinion so we should give it. I vote NO WING!

Run a poll and it will be easy to see the results.

A, B, or E, all beautiful brutes in their own right. Like mudflaps...less is more. Less holes in the car. Same with sideview mirrors etc

Wing, side pipes, and an 8 foot aerial CB antenna.

My Bee came with the wing,I pulled it. The Bee looks better to me that way. Its your car so good luck and hope you will be happy with it. Alot of people ask me were is the wing .

I hear you, but Richard Petty doesn't drive anywhere that has curbs.
Back in '01' a guy at work told me that Richard Petty gave someone a bump when he passed them on the highway. Old habits are hard to break I guess. True or not, very funny.

Well since you have obviously looked at pictures of cars with them and without them, you probably are leaning one way or the other from the beginning. Asking the question here gets a mixed bag of results (as any question will). I would say this; if you have to think more than a little bit about it, then you probably don't want one; sure another opinion is frequently helpful but you know in this medium you are going to get both sides which doesn't really solve your issues because you are the one that has to live with it. If seeing a Been with a wing doesn't excite you, then you don't want one. Yes, there are variables like color, wheels, stance, etc. but in the end it either speaks to you or it doesn't.

I look at it like this,if I was sitting with the salesman in 1970,how would I option my new car. The go wing was available, and I would check that box! I have a wing on every 70 Charger that I own, three have go wings, two have Daytona wings!
