Lift points on a 426 Max Wedge w/cross rams

Andy, can you provide a link or source for those lift plates? Thanks! /Butch
I used to make them for people but sales were so low that I eventually stop making them. Shouldn't be too hard to fabricate something similar. Home built tabs won't look as nice but they should work okay.

Okay...thanks! /Butch

Here is what I used to use when lifting engines with cross rams or tunnel ram intakes.

Andy, I did my best to copy your lift plates. Now, I'm stuck again. My engine lift bar is about 21". It looks like the diagonal measurement across the motor is over 30". I'm obviously missing something. Any advice you can offer, greatly appreciated. /Butch

I made a spreader bar that I hooked to my tilter. Then had a chain at either end drop straight down to motor lift points.

I used flat stock 1/4 thick.about 4in wide I welded extra pieces to make a T . If you dont the flat stock will bend. I will pull it out and take some pics for you. If you were closer I'd loan it to you.

That would be very much appreciated! Thanks in advance./Butch
