I know I could ( believe me I have tried ) look it up. Almost TOO much info I guess.
I have a 68 charger. Found some 15 inch slotted mag wheels. The backspace on the 15 x 7.5 inch is 4 inches. The backspace on the 15 x 10 is 3 5/8 inches. Will these clear my inner fenders and what's the reccomended size tires? Include pics if possible. Again sorry for the repetition but dude has others interested in the wheels and wants an answer.

Those rears probably won’t fit. In order to fit a 10” which is touch and go on these you’d need to have the back spacing closer to the 4 1/2” mark. Even then it’s touch and go.
If he’d let you try it on that would be ideal.
No point in going about tires if the rim doesn’t fit. But a 295/50/15 is about as wide as you can go on these providing the rim is the right offset. Even then 295’s can rub a bit when heavily loaded etc....

All these cars are a bit different, but there is no way those 10" wheels with that backspace will fit in your wheel well. You will need between 5 and 5 1/2" on a Charger. Take some very good measurements before buying 10 inch rims.

Had some 15x8 1/2 with a 3 1/2 BS on my 68 runner. They rubbed the outer lip on turns and bumps. Went with 15x8 4in BS with 275-60 Coops all good now.

I owned 68 back in the day 8inch was the most you
could fit comfortably in the rear.
Believe me.

The tens will fit.... if you have a cutting torch, dont like your quarter panels the way they are, and like the cut-up wheels-sticking-way-out-of-the-fender look.
