King Diamond and Pantera. Nice choices!

I've been collecting/listening to vinyl since the early '80's (first album bought was "Combat Rock"). I still own over 1000 pieces and listen on the regular.
If you're into Heavy/Psyche rock check out ridingeasyrecs.com Good deals, awesome music.

Great choice in music. I got knocked out cold in a King Diamond pit back in the 80s. Had a big lump on my head for days.
I still have a lot of my old vinyl. I display them on the wall of my mancave.

Yes they are! Had to explain to the 10 year old across the street what a turn table and the albums were all about. Last summer he came over with his dad into my garage. He noticed the black round thingy going in circles. Wanted to know what it does. I explained that the music he was hearing on the speakers was coming from the record and the arm with the needle transferred the sound. He kept walking to the speakers and then back to the turntable trying to figure it out, in his own mind I guess. Of course me being an old rock & roller, was playing Led Zeppelin III, Hanging From The Gallows.....the kid liked the song

Just for the record. I still listen to 8-tracks. "..and she's buyuying a stairway.....kuchunk....to heaven."

I still have a few hundred albums from back in the day. Somewhere along the line my turntable disappeared tho. I’m looking to donate the albums to the nieces and nephews that are interested. Haven’t listened to them in over 30 years. I know they’re popular these days

I was looking at the Bluetooth turnatbles in Barnes & Noble the other day. Trying to decide if they were chinese junk or worth the investment. I have albums, but no turntable at the moment.

Thanks for all the positive feedback. Living close to Detroit been to many concerts like Pantera and King Diamond. Sepultura,Pantera and Biohazard was a great show

I always bought cassettes then eventually went to cd's. I do have a small stash of records. I didn't know there was FBBO members with good taste in music. Lol

Ol' BIGS never cut his turntable loose! Turntable, Dual Cassette deck, still got all that ****

Analog sounds so much better than anything digitally engineered.

Still have my original equipment. Marantz 2270, Dual1010 & Sansui Sp1000 speakers. Don't use it much, but it still sounds great.

Last year we had a family reunion, and I told the crew before hand, that after the grandma’s were off to bed I’d crack the booze and we’d smoke some. Price of admission was you had to bring vinyl. You could only play whole sides at a time. Speakers were wired out on the patio, clear summer night, it was fantastic! Up til 2am...

We still have our record LP Albums from the early 70's ---Alman bros. -Areosmith- Black Sabbath- Special set live from Filmore West- Elvis- Doobie bros- Beatles- Santana- So many different famous ones, I can't think of them all right now.. I would like to sell the whole bunch in one lot..........................MO
