You're a Grand Old Flag

According to the rules of the Flag no image should be superimposed over the image of the flag nor should the Flag be displayed parallel to the ground. It should always be displayed hanging, unfurled.

Yankee Doodle Dandy has to be the greatest musical ever. Cagney was imitating Cohan when he danced, hence the stiff legs. And the scene in the White House tap dancing down the staircase was done spur of the moment. It wasn't in the script and Cagney did it flawlessly without looking.

I went to the stock car races a few months ago and a young redneck kid was wearing one as a shirt. He thought it was a respectful thing to do. The American Flag doesn't have its respect anymore. It should be a crime to burn or defame it. Government buildings have more protection than our flag does and most of them mean less. End of a veterans rant.

These are our Fellow Americans that make that Flag great. This is a country full of them. FAMILY - HONOR - COUNTRY need them all to have any one of them.

Speaking of flags I need to decommission my flyer out side it's getting a bit beat up it might be reparable . ! Wish they would last longer ! Buying a made in the USA flag isn't cheap but worth every penny in my book !
Hell I went for a flag at the shop down the street (ace) all they had was made in China crap. I asked the owner if he had made in USA he couldn't believe what he had he sent them all back and now Carry's made in the USA flags only!!!!! Huge boost in his flag sales now he's almost out of stock about every time I'm there !
