I’ve been trying to sell the 73. Charger I bought from my parents. Long story short I’m pretty much over the tire kickers. I have it listed at a fair price considering it’s condition and the amount of money I have in it. I’m to the point I’m ready to explore parting the entire car out to people that want need the parts from it rather than deal with one more tire kicker.

Post it with some pictures here! 440'

Don't crush it like that one guy did.
Post it here.

Imo, dealing with tire kickers till sold. Is better than dealing with buku idiots for each part.

There’s tire kickers even with selling parts
I had a heater box listed on craigs once. I guy started emailing me about it. Wanted many pictures, exact details, etc. Then tried low balling me. We ended up having 32 emails, before i finally had enough. All for a relatively cheap part.

How can we help you decide if we can’t see the car and know the price it’s offers for?

that's how it goes. no way around tire kickers. for parts or whole. unless you give it away and offer to bring it to them......yeah people are a pain in the *** but that's what it is.

just because you have X amount of dollars into it doesn't equate to a relative value. I have 20k into my 74 and im pretty damn sure I couldn't get 10 for it.

This car?

You might be better off waiting until spring.

Pictures?

Did I read that correct? you're asking $8000 with no engine or trans?
In my opinion that's too high.

The amount of money you have in the car has no bearing on what it’s worth. These cars are extremely undervalued right now. AMD is working on full quarters and roof skins so expect that to change but not overnight.

From what I remember about the car it needed some body work but wasn’t terrible. You had rot in the fenders, doors and lower quarters. I didn’t see anything on it that’s going to bring any big money. Why not just fix it? For a nearly 50 year old car you have to expect to do some work on it. Get after it or sell it at a loss. But don’t expect to get into another b-body for the same money 5 years from now.

I can’t find where you listed it but I’d put the value at 5k. Much less in parts if you factor in your time.

I promise I have no desire to own another B-body of this era. Which is part of why I'm selling it.

The ad had been on CL and a buddy has it listed for me on FB.
