Good Day All,
As the title says....for my 68 Charger RT
The kframe to Rad support bracket was missing from the car I purchased. I picked up the correct bracket and the proper fasteners.
When I went to install it...I see now why it was not installed. The bracket will not go up far enough...it hits the sway bar. The best way to explain it is that the "bump up" in the middle of the sway bar it not deep enough before the bracket hits it and will no go up to fit flush on the rad support.
Anyone run into this?
How can I tell if it is the correct sway bar? It looks to be the correct mounting brackets.
Is it possible that the end links that are installed are too long and the geometry is not correct...so the sway bay it no tilted level enough?
Any help or tips appreciated.
