I wasn't really happy by the screws that were delivered with the kframe. The grip length doesn't go all the way through the LCA bushing, thread length started almost half-way of the bushing didn't like that.
It was really hard to find new ones, the one we found were aeronautic type screws. Luckily my dad is working in overhauling maintenance for Boeing 777, and we finally ended up by doing custom made aircraft quality build screws. Now the grip length goes all the way through and it fits just right.
We even added a rod to biff up the rear of the K frame. Also had made cool transfer stickers that we put on the Kframe to finish it up.

Forgot to put the "Magnum force" screws next to them before installation. Also replaced the rubber bushing with urethane one that I bought during my trip in CA for Christmas and new year's eve.
From the top :
- The first bolt is for the LCA, diameter reduction in the grip length is for the rear were the rod is attached. The diameter fits the inner diameter of the rod eye.
- The second one is for the rack and pinion bushing
- The third one with button head is for the LCA and we made it button head so the boot from the rack and pinion can "slide" on it without getting torn apart.
- The fourth one is for the upper coil over attached point.
- The fifth one is for the lower coil over attached point.
The fourth is longer than the fifth because on the upper we have the billet aluminum adapter that is fixed on the shock tower. The screw goes through the billet aluminum and the shock that is why the grip and overall lengths are different.

Was not that easy to explain hope it is clear, if you have any question please ask if I wrote something that is not English lol

and yes those screws are only for one side.

And that is pretty much it for now.

In the meantime we have been working on the Charger as the bird is not in the nest for now, we have been taking advantage on that to replace the factory Kmember with the Qa1 one. Tomorrow will to the alignment shop and the car will be all set. ;)

If anyone have any advice for the alignment shop it would be greatly appreciated. Or a sheet with camber values or stuff like that, it would be cool.

Wow! That's fantastic work and a great new parts selection!! You are making great progress and will be driving it soon enough.

You will love the Trutrac. I have one in each of my cars.

Thanks sir for that, the guy who did the alignment used it, and make it the best he could to meet the chart and his experience.
He did an absolute great job, the car performs well, goes straight handles nice, flat cornering from what I could test going back home. Can't wait to test the car on a longer trip and out of town so I can enjoy cornering.
What a difference between the factory front end and Qa1 set up with LCA UCA single adjuster shocks and kframe. The car feels like bolted to the ground.

What would it be with that magnum force kframe on the bird! Now that I found that guy I will for sure go back to him once the bird will be ready to hit the road, for the front end alignment.

I just read through this entire thread and WOW, I am impressed!
Wonderful job you're doing there, Thomas. Congrats!

Hello sir, thank you for the kind comment, appreciate it.
More pics to come, when we'll going through the assembly process once the car is back home from paint job.

Rear sway bar installation :
This is the original front sway bar that we modified to fit the rear end. We also made the support for the bushing. The end links, we bought them here in France, they come from a VW Golf if I remember correctly.
