Need a good 1965 dodge coronet trunk lid for 2 door sedan .

My good friend has a '65 coronet 500 up in NC that he was gonna build, but has too many projects for himself & others. It's an empty body, very little rust in floors, a few little holes in trunk, and has all the sheet metal except hood. Maybe two deck lids, can't remember, I gave him one. I can hook you up with him if you'd like.
He just told me yesterday he has to liquidate stuff including the '65. Think he wants 2500? for the whole thing. Scott

Thanks for thinking about me but all I need is a solid trunk lid . If he has one that he will sell let me know and I will get with him .
I checked with him & he has a 2nd deck lid, but it's going with the car, since the first one has a bit of rust around the lock mechanism. Sorry. If I come across another lid I'll pass the word. Scott

Is the sedan trunk lid different from a hard top lid?
99.999999999% sure they are the same lid!

1965 dodge coronet 500 hard tops will have the trim piece across the deck lid and will have holes for trim . My car is the cheap 2 door sedan with no trim pieces . Yes they are the same and will bolt up but to much trouble to use . Thanks John
