If you watched the Superbowl last night you probably noticed the new Ford "Mustang" Mach E commercial. IMO what the hell is Ford thinking, a "Mustang" SUV?!:realcrazy:. I think the design is terrible, and Mustangs were always cars not SUV's. I just don't see a "musclecar" after all these years turned into this. It just seems to me that Ford is taking a big risk, and going away from the Mustangs car "roots". What do you guys think?

No one is laughing at a 204 MPH 10 second quarter mile Hellcat Redeye widebody Charger! The Mudstain is some new crappy electric crossover car. They are all going electric.

I don't think I'd have called it "mustang" even if I thought name recognition alone could generate sales.

What was the matter with 'bronco"?

IMO that's a MUCH better fit.

I think I just threw up in my mouth.
That's not a Mustang...
This is a Mustang..(wifeys car)

Mellinial engineers,I think I spelled it
Close enough so you understand

Well it could be a battery (Charger) :)

what about the Orange Daytona pickup 4dr with a wing or the Super bee pickup. ? Those were odd.
It's called cashing in on a name! The only real pickup in the more modern era is SRT 10 pickup.

I hear that the folks at the Mustang forums are having conniptions over this. Ford could have named the car any other name they want & had no backlash, so why Mustang?

Didn't see the game or commercials but I think it won't Ford will sell to many.....for a while at least

Maybe some genius at Ford was trying to spell "turd" ???????? Maybe the younger generation will swallow it all????????????/// I doubt it.

Didn't we beat this to death when it was announced a few months ago?
