I have a sort of unique problem. I have THIS fender:
Other than the damage at the edge, it is very nice. If you've ever looked for 1970 Charger fenders, you'd know why I want to save this one.
The bracing behind the outer skin is folded in and not an easy fix. I am curious if all 68-70 B body fenders and doors share the same curve where they meet and if all models used the same brace. AMD shows no separate brace available, only fenders and of course, NO 1970 Charger ones are being made. I can straighten the outer sheet metal but the brace is a thicker gauge and would be a real PITA to fix.
Ideally, I'd love to use a 68-70 Charger fender. If the brace is not exact but close, I will still be on the lookout for damaged fenders from other models with a good brace to patch this one back together.
I may use this fender on my 1970 Charger known as "Jigsaw" or just keep it for a spare.
