Simple question.

Has anyone upgraded their stock radio to include bluetooth? I know there are a couple businesses out there that will go through an original radio and up grade.

But, I opted to go another way and use a dash bezel with no radio provision and mount the Retrosound I already had in the glove box.

Check these out. We put the correct version in for my son's 72 Duster. Looks like the original AM Radio.
Easy install, blue tooth, Sirius XM, hands free voice control, 2 USB ports, 2 Aux ports. A little pricey but slicker than snot on a glass doorknob.

Check out Classic Inds in California. They have several options.

I have an amp that connects to Bluetooth to the phone. It's works - meh /ok. Not what I hoped for. Same with running mp3 files. Too much info lost on those files to sound right through the stereo. Need WAv or back to the CD changer for me. Just saying. Good luck.

sometimes it feels like everyday is a black hole......
Ive sent an oem radio out to Tayman to be converted. Ive used the cheaper aftermarket replacements in several other cars and never felt the look was right and the sound quality was good enough.
Ive read good comments and reviews on Tayman and will let you know how things turn out once I get the unit back and have had time to tune the system.
To compliment the new radio, a single 2 way cerwin vega 4x10 will be installed in the dash with a pair of cerwin vega 4 way 6x9s filling in the rear.

Cerwin's always kicked @ss back in the day.
