I have a NOS 426 WORLD PRODUCTS Wedge block Casting #2468330-M MOPAR part #P5007671 for sale. I was going to build it but I have decided to stay in the Sportsman Bracket class. I need to get $2,250.00 out of it. I have a wooden pallet that I can strap it to and I have a dock for truck pickup.

I don't know what you have there, but it sure don't look like any max wedge block I've ever seen. Looks like a later mopar performance block to me. (P as part of part no.,m as part of casting no.). What is the bore size?

4.25 It's a World Products water block. 2 bolt mains. Part number comes up as a Max Wedge. I am going from information from another Mopar site person who said that as far as he could tell.

I maybe way off base. It's a Mega block for sure and a 4.25 bore. What do you think that it is?

Repop max wedge maybe, like you say cast by world. See if you can find out how thick the cylinder walls are, that is major selling point if they're real thick. (Real 413 nos max block would be 4.188 bore). Most aftermarket block buyers would like to go 4.500 . I know I would.

Thank you, I should have paid more attention. It has a 426 Wedge bore not a 413. Sorry.

I cant tell for sure from the pictures, but it looks like there are four bosses in the valley, and some grooves next to them. That makes it a hemi block. If it is a hemi block, then the two bolt mains are confusing .

Copy, it doesn't have the extra row of bolt holes for the Hemi head and it's not a 4 bolt main for sure. If you get anymore insight it would be greatly appreciated. I will check and see if anyone around here does Sonic testing.

mopar sold them in the 90s hard to find they are a 4.25 in bore if it has the bolt pattern for a wedge it should have mw stamped on the pad i used to work for mopar

It’s a NON Siamese 2 bolt wedge block.
Basically same as the MP 4.25 street hemi replacement block but without the hemi head bolt pattern and 4 bolt mains, Excellent block.
