Grew up with TOS. Knew most dialog by heart.
My grandmother made me a Starfleet shirt way before you could buy them.
I couldn't get into TNG until about the 3rd season (whenever Riker grew a beard)
But then I loved it. However, there were a small percentage of episodes that were not as well written as the rest (particularly "miracle" endings). I even tried to narrow it down to which writers were involved.
I was slow to get into DS9, but it did grow on me.
I tried. I really tried to like Voyager, but way too many episodes suffered from "miracle ending" syndrome IMO. Not up to the level of TNG, but there are some decent episodes.
I thought the Tuvok character was severely under utilized/developed.
I could not get into "Enterprise" at all. Same issues but worse.
I could barely stomach one episode of the newest one.
I just can't get past the "glam" Klingons.
I've seen all but the last TNG cast movies, and for the most part, they are good.
The "crossover" movie with Kirk, where Data gets an emotion chip is particularly good, as the Data character steals the show.
I kept expecting Brent Spiner to pop up somewhere and be successful.
The John DeLancie (Q) show where he was Tesla, should have been a hit.
All they had to do was write like "Wild, Wild West", but they failed.
I've seen two of the reboot movies and I don't care for them.
They are OK, for action/sci-fi movies but they are monkeying too much with the canon of the franchise for my tastes.
I will say they nailed the casting for the Spock character.
