Engine is currently being rebuilt. So my current set up is my alternator, fan/water pump and crank run on the first pully and my power steering pump runs on the second pully on the crank. I just bought a power steering pump with cooler from a swap meet but I think the pully looks like it runs on the first crank pully which has all my other stuff on it. Would it be possible if I bought a double groove pully for my alternator that I could run that on the second crank pully instead of the current power steering pump? It seems that would be the cheapest and easiest thing to do.

Can you swap the cooler to the existing pump?

If you have enough room between the fan and radiator you could possibly use a spacer to move the fan pulley forward in order to have it directly inline with the second alternator and crank grooves.

You are not telling us something very important here if the hard line on the original PS pump are not correct.

Where the line connects to the power steering cooler does not line up, return line.
