To anyone interested...The wife and I will be doing part of the Hot Rod power tour this year as it is swinging by my neck of the woods. I figured i would put up a place for people to say if they are going and what leg you will be doing, this way if some of us want to meet up, have a drink, or just shoot the **** it can be done. Post a picture of the car you will be in so we know what to look for.

I will start...We will be doing Champaign Il to Davenport Ia. We will be taking the e body and spending the night in Davenport then driving back home the next day. A couple friends will be joining us so if you see these 2 cars (maybe another one), say hi!!

Anybody else??

My last was 2007. My how time flys. I do hope to do it again as soon as life gets out of my way.Dennis H ,Remember when the use to start in LA and go to Ohio ? Those were the days !
 
They keep raising their prices to the point of ridiculous. First one I went to was $80. Now they are up to $140 (up another $10 from last year). I'll pass. Plenty of other big local shows to go to for $15 - $20.

Never know if your home...but since I have your other number and you told me to stop...I will..lol
 
I hate crowds. In a few years a few of us are planning on getting to gather and doing RT 66. None of us want anything to do with the organized structured stuff. By that time if it takes 2 weeks or 6 months I will not really care.
 
Love to someday. I don’t think my car is worthy enough.

Lol, yeah I’ve seen some too. My concern is the motor is tired. My brother had a head off this fall and there’s a good ridge on the cylinder lip. Gotta save a bunch of pennies for a while to have him build a new motor.
