Yep, Joe passed away a couple of years ago. I never met him but I read a lot of his posts on SpeedTalk. I remember seeing Joe's Chevelle in Hot Rod a million years ago. It was obvious then that he had stuff figured out.

2018
many have I been out of touch
wonder why I got the e-mail yesterday
I was thinking about calling Joe about a beehive spring set up question
Do you set them up with tight to coil bind or does it matter

I figured out what happened
I told some friends that I was going to call joe and one of them sent me the obit
I guess I did not read it carefully
lucky I do not do SBC anymore except my 69 and 2006 pickups
Joe was the best in my book
