Car was having an issue with cooling it looked like the water pump was moving water so I tore into it and look what I found - after removing and replacing the hoses she runs cool and yes it’s a walnut... WTF!

Thats Funny!!! Someone must have pissed the previous owner off a lot to drop a nut in his radiator :)
 
Sweet car! Leave it as is and just polish it up and fix what's needed.
 
That is amazing. I’m sure it pushed your patience beyond....but man, what a story!!!!
 
Nice find! Myself I'd leave it mostly untouched and original. It's more amazing to see cars in that condition than all restored imho.
 
Thanks everyone for your thoughts on what to do in restoration on the Wedge.
End result: I plan to restore the interior only and leave the body as is (except fix/stop any rust).

Row 2: C/3, V/2

Is this a Lynch rd. car c3 should be four speed trans, V2 is a sales code maybe sold car.
