Be nice to know the rest of the VIN off the bell housing flange... Clearly originally installed in a 68 B body...

136 VIN is ~A10 SPD.

Too early for StL built Charger; a Super Bee or RM23.

so....RM21, RS23 or 27. WS23 or 27.
