Huge shout out to the crew over at DMT ! I ordered an upper steering column bearing for my coronet thinking it was the cause of my rubbing noise and high pitch squeal when turning the wheel. Well it didn't, ended up being the lower bearing. Great, out comes the column ! I ordered a lower bearing, coupler seal and spring clip on Sunday night. Monday I went to clean up the coupler, shoes and spring clip. As luck would have it the clip broke. I did a quick search and couldn't find one outside ebay. I called DMT just to see if they has any loose, they don't sell them individually. The guy on the phone said he'd look around for an open bag and toss out in my box before it goes to the post office. Box comes in today, wouldn't you know it .... a new clip ! Now that's customer service ! I've bought from them in the past and will continue so in the future !
...... oh yeah, column is back together and quiet !
 
I agree. Great company, quality product, didn’t feel hosed by shipping & handling. Seemed to appreciate my business vs some vendors who portray the attitude that we should be grateful they have a product & are willing to sell to it us.......Jim

Yep, I’ve bought several items from DMT, and never a problem.
 
Same opinions here as well from an overseas customer. Good business to deal with.
 
Met them at the Nationals this year. Very willing to help with needs so I bought from them. And will do again.

Sorry about the long rant, I felt their customer service was top notch And you don't see that very often unfortunately. I don't mind praising folks like that !
 
I've ordered some hood components from them and spoke on the phone at least once. Friendly & knowledgeable, good quality stuff.
