We get the Range Rovers and Mercedes but these exotics are not all that common here.
I wish I had the Charger parked next to it!

I'd rather haul rice in a grocery bag, in a charger, than have rice haul me :)

I assume you think that Ferraris are made in Japan? Try Italy...
Oh i know. I just lump them all together, under the same heading, lol. With this being at a grocery store, it was an attempt at humor, buddy. Seriously though, i would prefer a charger.

I wouldn't trade him straight across for my beater Coronet. Seriously. Cool car, but I'm not envious.
Realistically, I couldn't afford the insurance. And, honestly, I like the looks of a '68-'70 Coronet better. Looking at that car, all I see is the competition. I know it's crazy, but I'd like to set up my '73 Charger to outrun that damned thing. To see the look on the owners face when he got beaten by an old Dodge would be a sight worth seeing.

I’ll take the Ferrari - all things being equal on cost. How can you not take a hand made, Italian sports-car over 50 year old American iron that was not made all the well in the first place? Boggles the mind.

I'm hard core Mopar. Besides, nobody has accused me of being a Universal Genius. I'm an American, I root for the underdog. I have outrun a couple of late model Chevies in my beater Charger. I enjoyed that. And, a man can dream can't he?

I agree with you to a point. As mentioned, the cost of ownership would be a large nut I'd rather not deal with every month. But I'd love to drive it.

Then I'd sell it (probably at a discount) and dump all the money in my RR and finish it off. That really is my dream car.

The I talian car is cool but I have Never had a craving to own one not even in fantasy. Ill take a **** box dodge any day....and who says the Ferrari is made well? Big money big issues

I knew that comment would draw some strong opinions. I’ve never had a craving to own a Ferrari either - but would I take one over a Mopar - hell yes! Again all costs being equal

I could repair or replace the head light on my RR if needed.

I once looked at an exploded view of a headlight assembly for a Ferrari with cost on each component. Total was the cost of a decent used car. You'd need a degree to do the repair yourself. Costs are just not equal.

Of course they’re not. I couldn’t afford one either. But if $$ was no object I’d take the Ferrari hands down. You get ten times the car for 4 times the money of a well done Charger. C’mon guys let’s be truthful. I’m a patriot too through and through - but C’mon ....

I’d take the Ferrari,’but I’d probably look like a Rolly Polly getting out of. Kinda ruins the cool factor.
