I have the upper just need the lower, or if you have the entire setup please let me know.
 
Hard to find. This is the base or air cleaner the OP is looking for(Mine is not for sale). I found one that was removed in the 60's. It was forgotten about and sat on a closet shelf in a box for what I was told almost 50 years. It's as close to Nos as you will find.
