If you’re Italian trip falls through come on over to Mazatlan. Couple of tequilas and I sound like I’m speaking Latin. My wife is qualified but not ordained, she can bless you.
But seriously my friend, just for the stress, if nothing else, cancel now. There’s no point in going if you’re not going to enjoy it. It’ll still be there.

You will love Florence Leon. Try to postpone if you can, just to make sure that you don't become another statistic....but consider your monetary input also. Some airlines and tour companies might be sympathetic if you choose to postpone, given this is becoming a "worldwide pandemic".

Best of luck with whatever you decide on.

I’m headed out to Oahu in a few weeks and am concerned about all the Asians there......

I can share my pic of Rome,Naples,Capri,Amalfi Coast, and Venice. It's is a dream vacation that you should be able to reschedule due to :wtf: is going on!!! It was an out of body experience for me:thumbsup:

I had my wife cancel her plans to travel to the Philippines, Singapore and Okinawa. She lost 3/4 of the money but not worth your life or the lives of others should you contract it and then pass it on to.

Take the trip. You have more chance getting hit by a bus than contacting the virus. A lot of scaremongering going on at the moment with this thing.

The situation seems to be critical only in Lombardy, (about 200 infected people) 7 dead, all elderly people, only one 40-year-old, there have not yet been cases in Tuscany, apart from some alarmism, the situation seems fairly peaceful.

I understand your alarmism ....I am here in Italy, and it seems to me that this is not so critical

So, this is what we decide to do,
We are re scheduling the trip, this is just getting started and looking what happened in other countries is about to get worst, during one of the outbreak of porcine flu we have to take a lot of security measures here in Mexico, not worth the risk, this is the first time in my life that I have the capacity to pay such a thing, thank God the business is ok so even in the case of a loss I can recover from this one, not that I like the idea of losing money, but this is an emergency, and we shoud be careful, THANK YOU GUYS, i just read all of your comments to my wife, and this is the decision that we made:thumbsup: :luvplace:

In our area just north of venice (Udine) they are pretty worried, they cancelled Carnivale (marti gras) in venice, and schools are closed for the time being.

I heard that the death rate from it is 2%, mostly due from pneumonia that is associated with it.

I have a cruise to the Hawaii islands coming up in June & yes, it has me concerned, but hopefully things will calm down by then.

I wouldn't go. The country you visit is risk enough but the plane ride over and especially the trip back is even more risky.
