Gas @ $2.08 !

We were down to 1.87 but 2.19 now.
As for Diesel fuel and greed its the taxes of Diesel that makes it cost more.
Back to greed. The path of least resistance, freight lines pass it on to us.

That’s business, been that way since day one and will never change. What ever I buy I charge back the full amount to the customer + 15%

Sure they do. They don't transport stuff for free.
The fuel company makes pennies on the gallon. I cannot say who profits the most on every gallon but they do nothing for that profit.

Can you imagine the truckers paying as much as $700 or more for a fillup then only getting 5 mpg at best?
That is wishful thinking. Many would like to fill for $700. That will not even fill one tank for some of them.

Paid $1.79/gal to fill the Dakota using our grocery store perks card at a participating BP. Discount can be as much as 50 cents a gallon, nice...when I remember to use it. We have these Kwik Trip stations all over our area and used to be a 3-cent discount per gallon using their card. Each quarter we'd get a check for around 10 bucks to use at their station; but couldn't use it to buy lottery tickets...company do-gooder thing. WTF, if I bought enough gas to get a refund check should be able to use that for whatever the **** they sell! Then they ended the gas discount to offer discounts on their store items excluding alcohol and tobacco. Well again WTF? I don't shop KT's to buy groceries as their prices are already inflated and might pay the same after their discounts at a regular grocer. And ahh, it's gas station so handed their friggin card back and get gas elsewhere.

I thought I was doing good getting gas for $1.029 Cdn/litre this morning... that's about $5.31Cdn/US Gallon or $3.75US/Gallon... YES, we're getting screwed by our own..

Wow, thats worse than california, right now ! !

My friend just filled her expedition at $3.49 for regular, in socal. She was happy at that price, it was thirty cents less per gallon, than her close-to-home station. But her fill-up in Arizona, a couple days earlier was at $2.80, cause she wanted to use a particular credit card. She could have bought for $2.49 for cash. Five miles away from the Arizona station, at the California border, they were asking $4.79.

5 mpg for the most part is 30 years ago. Mine gets over 7 mpg and I know a few guys that are getting close to 10 mpg

Kill these guys with sticker shock. About what does it cost to fill that little truck?

Well I have 120 gallon tanks on each side @ $2.70 gal I usually put on 200 gals per fill up equals $540 3 times a week on a good week.

I get happier and happier with my Renegade purchase.

Last tank was 35 MPG.

Up from 33.1 when bought.

Last 15K miles avg is 34.2

Offsets my truck at 13.8 and Satellite at 15.

can't wait to really offset when I get one of my big blocks installed and on the road.

It's down another 6 cents ! :)

Our 08 300C hemi has been solid at 23mpg. I took a 325 mile ride in my 2000 dodge 1 ton diesel yesterday and averaged 21.3 which is great for a 1 ton dully 4x4. My off set would be my superbird at 9 to 10 lol. Our prices are still 2.19 for cheap gas and 2.69 for diesel in The Rapid City area.

That Gladiator is supposed to get 25 with the 300 HP V6 and 6 speed manual, even with 4WD.

That's tempting, but I really don't need 4WD (just a limited slip axle and I can go pretty much where I need to).

Doubt they'll ever off that.

your gonna think I'm lying , 2 weeks ago, using my Kroger rewards card, I filled up for 1.19 per gallon, I knew i should have kept that receipt !
