Had no plans so I drove out to Classic Auto Mall in PA. Consignment organization and they also rent space to collectors for their collections. They had over 600 cars inside of this failed closed shopping mall. Very interesting place. Besides the type of cars you would expect they have an incredible collection of barn find trucks many of which I’ve never scene before. Some high dollar mopars also, genuine Hemi Cuda, Cuda six pack and others. Well worth the drive.

morganville or morgantown can't remember which, directly off turnpike exit 298
Thanks for posting this Dan. My wife has been talking about a road trip this summer. Were headed to the National Shrine for Saint Elizabeth Seaton then on To Gettysburg. I deffintly want to. make a detour and see this place you posted

Morgantown. Right at the PA Turnpike exit. West of Philly, exit is right before Reading and Lancaster.

I was there over the holidays, cool place. You can waste a couple hours there easily.

Best part is it’s free.

The 63 Savoy is a members car on here I think.

DAMN! I used to live less than an hour from there and I used to shop there when it was an outlet mall! I remember it turned into a furniture mall after that too. I don't think it had turned into the car mall before I moved to Florida four years ago. If I lived there now, I would certainly put my Satellite there that I have posted in the For Sale listings here. What a great idea for all these malls that are going belly up around the country.

The bad-*** black one that went to Japan?

That's the one. They have a wall in one of the showrooms with a picture, date sold and where the vehicles went to after a sale. Also, a big map of the world with push pins in it and thus far, mine is the only car in Japan from Classic. That car has to be like Godzilla storming around over there.

That’s a hilarious image: when I was young it was “mall rats” and all kids that hung out at the mall all day. Now it’ll be a bunch of wizened grey hairs all hanging out and wandering around looking at old cars all day! I know I’d go!
