My buddy's '63 Dodge 440 needs some wiring help. I've downloaded the schematic(s) from MyMopar.com. The schematic(s) show the wire colors, but does not show each wire's gauge. Does anyone know what gauge wire the factory used specifically at the bulkhead connector? We will be increasing the size of the wires to/from Alternator stud/Ammeter stud(in) and Starter Relay stud/Ammeter stud(out) wires adding fuse links.

What about the:
Headlamp LOW BEAM
Headlamp HIGH BEAM
RIGHT TURN
PARK LAMP
LEFT TURN
OIL PRESSURE
HORN ENABLE
IGNITION (START)
IGNITION (RUN)
WATER TEMPERSTURE
STARTER RELAY ENABLE

Thanks for any input.

I can tell you that the R6 (black)wire from the alternator to the bulkhead connection was a 12 ga wire.

Why not call Bill & Rose Evans, as they have some wiring & components for the '63...

offhand I believe they used 16ga wire for pretty much everything except the power feed - which was 12ga as was the fusible link

Came across this thread seeking same answers to wire gauge size at bulkhead connector. I am looking at possibly replacing the individual connectors where necessary and want to know correct terminal size for wire size. My blue wire at bulkhead is loose and occasionally needs a jiggle to get power to interior to start my 66 Satellite. Have you any updates on bulkhead wire sizes?
