Corona & car show season

Corona seems to be affecting most public gatherings now. I wonder what affect it will have on the upcoming car show/ cruise in season. I hope it doesn't get so absurd that car owners sit in their cars, with the windows up, and spectators driving by, for a look. Though i'm sure many events may get cancelled, or postponed.

Haven't heard any new-news on this. Our first huge meet around my area is coming up end of April, combined show and swap meet at Jefferson. It draws a couple thousand people. All the the current closings/cancellations end between April 6 and 13 about two weeks before this event so all eyes and ears on where things will be then I suppose. Experts are looking at China as they start to return to normal wondering if this will cause a resurgence of the virus. If it does then it's WDF now!

Season doesn't really start here until May. Only time will tell, but I'm hoping things get better by then.

Largest show of the year here is this coming weekend. I had vacation for it on Thursday and Friday for it, not going to happen now.

Anybody know if MATS is still on, or cancelled ? Scheduled for next weekend in vegas. I was planning on spectating a day or two.

We had world of wheels coming up next weekend but they've cancelled it because of the virus!!!

Ohios governor just shut down all bars & restaurants, so i expect everything else to follow

No gatherings of more than 250 people, many large restaurant chains are closed (take out only), most if not all of our ski resorts closed at end of day today, mandatory self quarantine if you return from another country and it gets crazier by the minute. We have at least six with it in our little town of 4800 and growing by the day. The laughter has stopped, by most at least. I have a wife who's lungs have been toast since she was a young teen thanks to some ahole Doctor that gave her cortizone puffers and scarred her lung tissue, which causes her blood not to absorb oxygen like they should so we're honkered down and I'm getting house renos done. Thankfully my best friend is my Doctor if we need him...
