News still coming in but yeah folks around the epicenter got the full effect of it. No deaths reported, mostly property damage but it's still fluid. The epicenter was just east of the Salt Lake, close to the airport. They've evacuated some of the bigger buildings and the airport from what I hear.
...and no visible retaining wall of any sort....The digger driver 'lost control' and slipped into the hole....I am sure it was scripted for the dramatic effect of course.All built on fill....
