Any body do this conversion on stock tie rods n any noticeable change in stiffer handling

I used C-body inners and outers with billet sleeves. Haven't really drove it yet, just around the block. Don't know if I'd notice any difference anyway.

People have been doing that conversion for at least 30 years. I changed my '65 Coronet over to the C body ends back in 90's. I did it then because the C body stuff was actually less expensive. I figured I couldn't go wrong. The parts were beefy and less expensive.

Just guessing BUT I suspect that the car will handle the same but bending a sleeve or tie rod end is less likely. Maybe with really wide and sticky tires, the deflection during turns may be less as well.

moparmarks, where did you get the billet sleeves????

PST used to sell them, they still might.

I just installed 11/16" C body tie rods and sleeves on my 69 Bee. Haven't driven it yet, but they sure a lot more robust than the factory set up.

I bought mine at a swap meet a few years ago. Don't know what brand they are but as stated a couple companies make them.
