Finally broke the $2 mark around here.
 
I started this thread a month ago, because i was happy prices had dropped locally to $2.08. Here's todays price.

Still a good bit above $3 here in CA. With oil so low I don’t understand how we can continue to get ripped like this.

We're dumbass californians. We VOTED FOR getting f#@ked like this! Remember we had an opportunity to stop the yearly gas tax increase? The voters in cali said " we like getting it in the a$$! Keep going!"

I know plenty of people in California that said they voted for the gas tax because they want to maintain the roads. I've been in California since '87. The roads were crap then, they're crap now, and they'll probably stay that way for the foreseeable future. Little do the voters know that the money from the gas tax can also be diverted to other causes...
 
Our last gas tax increase was 10 cents, and didn't even go to new repairs.

Then they are dumb as a sack of hammers. The politicians of both parties have been illegally stealing the gas tax money for decades.
