Looking for input on firewalls and cowls. Have 71 RR sat in a field for years, nobody makes a firewall or upper cowl for these. I have found 4 73 RR/Satellites with great metal not even surface scale, was wondering if these would interchange. Wouldn't make sense to change a part that big in same car just different year. All serious input would be helpful.

71 to 74, and perhaps to 78, should be very close, if not exact.
Could have some hole differences.
Let us know what you find out.

@moparmarks He may have one if not he can tell you the differences as there are some...

73 and 74s are the same, found a 73 RR for parts, the only thing I can see different is the outside skin.

On the top cowls, early 71 doesn't have the drains on the sides under the fenders. Mid-71 to 74 are the same except 73 has holes for the NOX valves.
I don't any available right now. I do have some fire walls.

I hacked up a new Goodmark Ebody cowl & grafted it to my 71 n the bad areas along the firewall & along the entire wondshield channel. I also installed a new Goodmark Ebody AC firewall. I had tp slice the ends and persuade it into the upper corners under the cowl. & around the windshield channel area...
