Jensen resto-mod

They look better in person where you can choose your own viewing angle.

Like a 66/67 Charger, some angles make the lines look odd.

I almost bought one in Hemi orange with a 440 back about 1998.

$3500!

Most of those are rust buckets up here. And not worth the effort to restore. that restomod looks nice. But they are odd looking.

I love those cars, but then again I love the 1966 Chargers also. That one is amazingly well thought out.

I HATE when they black out grilles like that. Makes it look cheap. Like they couldnt afford to get it properly re-finished.

too bad they never brought out this car.
it has good lines, almost like a mustang/jag hybrid.

I've always liked the Jenson's ,a friend had one it was cool years ago .
Agree on the blackout chrome should have redone the chrome properly .

Years ago I looked at buying I think a 74-440. The the double floor pans and other things that needed rust repair, was going to cost far more than the car. Interior was nice! Handled well.
The 383 car handled better according to some experts/test drivers.

$125,000 large "negotiable"

Not for me,
not anywhere near that price

pretty much all British cars of the 90's back
or many decades 80's 70's 60's 50's 40's 30's etc.
earlier were all rust traps,
especially in the northern & seaside climates
with very little preventative measures, by any of them
no matter the price point

I do like the style of build & the Gen III Hemi drivetrain
I'd have done different wheels/tires,
probably more of the org. chrome etc.
especially for that 6+ figure sale price point

that newer version prototype Beater posted had promise in styling

British junk with a good motor. Brits don’t make ANYTHING anymore. The gave up.

I do like them but for this that's a ton of money . I imagine it would be problematic if it was a stock build especially the electrics .

British Junk.?
1971 a former student came back to Saskatchewan from Ontario to visit. We happened to be at the farm, with our 67 Charger that we still have.
Her husband who was an OPP constable member had a 1968 Coronet 500 383 buckets console light green , white roof. He showed me that you could see the rust coming through at the top of the outside A pillar.
We still have the original 67 Charger we bought in 1970, rusty quarters. It had 12 years of all year round driving. Has close to 140,000 miles. Our car is a Saskatchewan car.
British Cars!
My older brother bought a XK120 Jag roadster in 1957. Stick car white red interior. I came home from boarding school in 1963, wanted to party with my school friends. He said (take the Jag, one mark on it and you’re dead) well I am still here.
1964 he bought a 1957 XK 150 drop head coupe. Black red interior, white top, stick. In 1965 we drove through the Rockies for a friends wedding.
What a blast, staying a head of a 1964 Pontiac 275 hp 327 in the mountains with the little 6 cylinder Jag.
Both those Jags had hardly any rust. Far rustier cars much newer migrated from Quebec and Ontario in the 50,60, and 70`s.
