Covid 19 / Coronavirus

I heard in New York state the cases will double every three days. I sat looking at the screen thinking and dont know what to say now.
 
God bless you all over there in America & all over the world i hope every body pulls through ok this isn't looking good for the human race it's an absolute night mare over here in Australia i think the country is ready too go into complete lock down businesses shutting every where. morale is down everyone just turning over and giving in on their businesses.I run a small one man show auto upholstery shop & intend to stick at it as long as i possibly can i have back log work for at least 3 months but other shops having wages etc to pay haven't got a fighting chance very sad times. WTF ?
 
....wife's a nurse fighting this Chinese **** on the front lines at the local hospital. We are all in for a beating from this Wuhann hot mess. I sit up at night worrying about everyone and hope that the summer heat brings this crap to an end.

My wife is a nurse at the V.A. hospital and a veteran. Mostly testing sick patients for COVID-19, but also caring for patients with active COVID-19.
I am also in the healthcare industry, doing medical equipment repair and service, inspections and planned maintenance.

Welcome to Illinois, this is wrong on so many levels. I do not wish ill on anyone, but no one will ever know the true numbers of this flu.
A good friend of mine had his grandmother pass away from cancer during the current state of affairs. Of course in Illinois every government office is closed. His grandfather had to call health department for info on getting a death certificate. The first question that was asked of him was did she have a cough? Luckily he is of sound mind and body said no... she had cancer for over 5 yrs, and finally succumbed to it. My friend said his grandpa was so upset that they are trying to make everything a flu death....at least here in Illinois. Another friend of mine who is a LEO said in his town they had a reported flu death... guess what..the person passed away in Missouri. Since they had a home address in Illinois.. Illinois is using this as a statistic.
The illustrious governor of Illinois is part of the Pritzger Group.. The group has a medical testing facility in San Diego. Guess what...they have a multi million dollar contract with the Feds to develop flu test kits.
But on a positive note, our governor says you can take your dog to the groomer.. but you can't get a haircut. Last weekend I had to cut my 80 yr father's hair. Good thing I still had my electric clippers. He plays the game along with my 78 yr mother. Both were civil servants mom was an ER cardiac nurse for 50 yrs. She survived the Hong Kong flu of the late 1960s...lots of people succumbed to that...world wide. She is flipping out on how the medical field is handling this. Back when Hong Kong flu hit, if you were diagnosed, you got sent home to quarantine yourself and family members either stayed or went to a relative's house.
To me when the current state of affairs first started I was concerned like a lot of people are. But as time is going on, I am seeing more and more contradictions from those in charge that really are making me question what is going on. Trust but verify folks...trust but verify

Colorado just changed their stats to reflect only deaths directly caused by the virus. Guess what - their count went down by 20%. That should be done country wide. Instead if you can even spell the word Covid you died from the virus. Something smells...
 
You ever get the feeling they were trying to be controling of you? The steps that are being placed. The thought of having a community pass port for you. The thought of having you tagged or monitored. Is very controlling. There dictation of what you wear in public is a control move. If they say JUMP. You dont ask how high. Just Jump. When people are sick I stay away anyways.
 
More testing = more cases, does not mean more death... this is so freaking stupid...

Maybe a different approach would help; so if there are more cars on the road there are statistically more accidents and yes, deaths. However, this does not stop you from driving, you hopefully are more cautious but you live your life, drive your vehicles and move on. But in this instance, everyone wants to conflate more cases with more deaths on some scale of magnitude which is not the truth at all. Stop drinking the koolaide and think for yourself; if you have heath issues, then take precautions, if not go about your life, if you get it, you will get over it and get right back to your life... Lastly, STOP TRYING TO USE FEAR TO CONTROL THE MASSES....

They only need people to be scared until the day after election day. Once Biden is elected, COVID will miraculously disappear and be a non-issue...
