She's eating her pigs. Pull it and gave it gone through. Something is definately wrong.

Looks like normal slugging from 50 yrs of not changing oil on a regular bases. Pull valve covers will see same slug there. Time to rebuild.

Excessive idling, moisture in the oil, but to much moisture is usually more milk color. Sludge in the oil pan like that tells me, crap rolls down hill, the rest of the engine has it all through it probably. I knew a women who worked 4 miles away from her home and it would take an hour in traffic each way. She did this every day and after three years it started ticking, she had the same sludge in the engine. I drained a quart of oil out and put in a quart of transmission fluid, drove it for about 5 miles and drained it. Gray sludge so thick came out that I had to keep poking a pencil in the drain hole to keep it from stopping. Did this twice and it was crazy what was coming out. This by no means fixed the problem, but it gave her time, the engine needed rebuilt.

Maybe I just can't see it clear enough, but are there pieces of metal in the sludge? Like chunks of aluminum or bearing material?
Magnetic material like steel shavings?
Is it actually silver colored?
Where was it leaking from?

Sludging doesn't produce metal shavings. Looks like you scraped or cleaned some out of the sump. The tail of the pan looks pretty clean. Yes, it would be a good idea to pull the valve covers and see what's underneath.

thanks guys , will pull the valve covers and see (what should i check for?lifters , rockers and heads?). i should check for metal pieces aye ?
