In and set to depth for the oring. I then ran out of the shop before anything could go wrong!

I got the pump reassembled. I'm going to plug the lines and fill it and see what happens before I install it. Fingers crossed.

[]Oh yee of little faith![/QUOTE]
I have faith in my work, just not others currently....

So my buddy seat pivot bolts were crappy, and I wasn't having any luck finding a set sooooo.

These should work. I made a couple extras if anyone needs a set.

I put power steering fluid in the pump to check for leaks.
Then I noticed a missing cotter pin on the outer tie rod. So I went through them all torqued them and installed cotter pins. Next I blacked out the header panel. A fairly productive afternoon with no drama.

Wait a minute, torquing tie rod nuts? Oh, i forgot my arms&hands knew the torque from way back. Kinda kidding. I always used to throw that out to my boys(kinda true tho). Cranky,KK,dvw & others, feel free to chime in! Jeff

I haven't checked on you for a while.
Great to see some good progress going on. Great work! keep it up.

So the pump sat and didn't leak so thought I would install it. Took 2 times to get the pulley where I liked it. I was thinking I had it whipped but it had one more kick to the nads left in it.

The dam thing had the wrong threads for my hose! Luckily I saved the old one from the core I sent in.

I did get brave and installed the battery tray & battery, hope that doesn't jinx me!

Been away for a while. My grandma passed away last week. She was 98. She had a good life.

So I spent a couple days cleaning up the garage. Getting reorganized. I now have a empty table & bench. I did get the k member splash shields on. I did have to modify them just a little to fit around the adjustable struts.
