Anyone , no anything about this one? Thanks

Nice 66 Dodge Charger with the 426 Hemi Engine. 24,000 miles on rebuild of engine and transmission. Power steering, auto transmission.
Aluminum Heads, so engine runs on Regular Gasoline with no problems. Motor is stock rebuild of street Hemi specs. Rotating Headlights work. Electroluminescence dash lights work. I'm in need of Back Surgery and have been denied coverage by my insurance and need to sell this car to raise money for the surgery.

That's a nice car for only $35k almost to good, scam good

Somethings really strange about this one....car is way too clean, and Washington is crawling with Covid . Back surgery would be a zero priority in hospitals.....

Sent a email asking for a one on one conversation. Time will tell , but not holding my breath. :steering:

I also sent a email and true, time will tell.

First thing I would do is invest in a plane ticket to see it IN PERSON. We'll see if you can get a firm address to see it at.

Due to being on CL and other ad indications like mileage on drivetrain it's probably a scam, but the one you don't check out could be the one you miss. Caution is advised because the red flags are already up.

Only thing that makes this possible is if it's a lowly 318 car with a hemi stuck in it ! I can see $20-25k for hemi $10-15k or so for car
So that makes sense . But on actual address no deal this is a must see Ash in hand deal.

So it's a 383-2bbl with a 426 stuck in it. Hmm.

runs on regular gasoline?
opposed to what?
diesel fuel, alcohol or propane?

In 66 the 383 was a 4 barrel only. (Mine is a XP29G)
A 361 was a 2 barrel.
But yes looks like a conversion.
Not really the best color combination.
I never understand why people need to try and explain why they are selling a car in an ad?
It's for sale or it isn't.
runs on regular gasoline?
I think he or she means premium fuel which a 66 Hemi would require.

Theres a white 318 66 up here thats been changed over to a Hemi. They wanted 80k. Its a dodge dealer car. They can get bent. They flip alot of cool stuff but there prices are way out of line.

All in all a decent price for a conversion car. It was done decently other than I think it would have had a 26" radiator. As mentioned reinstall a 383 and have a reasonable Hemi drivetrain.
