my GTX came with the big unsilenced version, but I love the look of the dual snorkels........ I bought this on ebay like 6 or 7 years ago or so....... after seeing this thread I had to go out and see exactly what I have........ I must have forgot how nice it is......it's in near perfect original condition

From what I read this is correct for 67 R/T I got this from a 67 R/T owner. He removed it originally put it away and sold the car with a chrome after market set-up... Sat for decades and he found it one day and I bought it as he had no use for it... The original wrinkle finish is mostly there but drying out but the bare metal is shiny clean still... Notice the top has 13 "notches" or "rolled beads". That I have seen in 67... Yours maybe a 69 deal..

I have a question, It looks like the C-body and B-body air cleaners are very similar except for the length of the snorkels. Would you be able to post a pic of the snorkel lengths of your air cleaner?? I'm sure it would be a good knowledge point for us that are looking for the correct one.

Thank you
Brian

Part number is 2946 159 (14-29-7)and is the same as everything except A-body. 383 and 440 Plymouth, Dodge, Chrysler, Imperial, Station Wagons, all twin snorkel. It is not as rare as I thought. They should be very common on any of the yachts.

Thank you to everyone who replied to this thread! I did get some valuable information! I do privately have a line on the correct air cleaner I have been looking for, it's not any that were listed in this thread tho, so anyone who needs one listed here can go for it.

Thank you
Brian

This is what my 69 383 air conditioner California car came with.
