i have a 69 440 and a 75 440. i want to build a good street 440.that being said can i use the 69 crank, rods and pistons in the 75 block ?the pistons are trw 10:1 's .the 75 block has had a .030 bore new freeze plugs and cam bearings installed.also i have a mopar .509 cam.will this combination work if useing the 75 block,69 crank, rods and pistons with the 75 452 heads?

Are the pistons 30 over too? What is wrong with the 69 block? I think the 509 cam with the 452 heads will be fine.

Parts inter change. Crank & rods don't care what year block. Pistons need to fit the block bore. The late year block needs the main bearings that go with the late block. The 452 heads are fine.

Early mains (short thrust height) will fit into the later tall thrust height block, but not the other way around. Other than the thrust height, all other main bearing specs are the same.
