Besides a Harris Pro 3000 toner and probe......
I "inherited " it, some kind of open circuit tester.??

Going to hit the dumpster soon, unless it's some kind gizmo to locate listening or tracking devices. Then I'm keeping it.

We call that a "Fox and Hound" It has many uses in wire tracing, power and phone, etc. It can locate the end of broken wires hidden in walls, even underground or slab. You can also use it to trace out mislabled (or lost) circuits.
