Chicken noodle soup and 7-Up for cold and flu-like illnesses. Rosemary tea helps congestion. Rosemary, Sage, and Lemon Thyme teas help with colds, allegies and chest ailments. Cayenne pepper is always good for you. Vitamin C and lots of it for infections. Always keep your body well supplied with Vitamin C. Nutrititional Yeast cured my canker sores when I was a teenager, I've never had one since. Nutritiona Yeast is very good for general health (B vitamins are water soluble and you need a good, balanced, supply every day).
Rubbing alcohol on poison ivy rash.
Aloe Vera on burns.
Electrical tape is a good long lasting band-aid.
Gargle, but DO NOT swallow hydrogen peroxide for whiter teeth.
Cigarettes for a cool, calm demeanor (works for me! Ha!).
Ice for inflamation, bruises, burns, stings, and swellings.
Deep breathing and breathing exercises do a person good.
