6 = Car make is Dodge
3 = Polara model
4 =Model year [1964]
5 = Assembly Plant location [Los Angeles]
172487 = Sequential build number

H4X = Vinyl Trim, Black
TT1 = Turquoise Paint, one color [No 2 tone]

Please correct me/educate me if I'm wrong on anything gentlemen.
