News to me, never saw a 1973 real Hemi car.
Found while inventorying my parts and shop manuals going to be for sale.
First pic is the catalog, 2nd is the front cover of the insert, 3rd is a picture of the actual 426 SS engine, 4th is what's available, 5th is inside back cover.
Every page is dated Jan 1 1973.

Anybody have a picture of a real 73 Hemi car?
I'm into 62-65 B's so I never even looked at the 72-75's

This simply means the Hemi was available through Mopar in 1973, not that it was available in new passenger cars at the time.

I remember seeing it available in Canadian Tire catalogues through the mid-eighties as a remanufactured engine!

there were no production cars with a 426cid Hemi in 1973

just MoPar replacement parts
or possibly maybe warranty engines

Another thought says that Mopar put it in the catalog so racers could legally run the Hemi in a later chassis that never came with a Hemi.

Most parts were available up to 10 years after the cars were made. And most left side body parts were cheaper than the right side body parts. I was buying 66-7 charger taillight lenses , they were not cheap back then 1000 a side. Only the left? Had the center R
