Help Needed 68 RR Headlamp Question

Installing my grill on the 68'RR...What does the bottom right driver side and bottom left passenger side headlamp screws mount to? Please see pics.

You pointing at your lower nose filler panel that should have been bolted to both fenders before the bumper went on?

I'm not sure I'm following what your saying. It would have helped if I was the one that took it apart. Any pics you could send?
 
Your lower grill support / fender to fender filler panel isn't bolted in place. You are pointing at an empty attach hole that should have 1/4 x 28 bolts in them.. as well as probably two on the inside down lower. I have no pictures of a '68 RR, as amazing as that might seem to many here! LOL

Roger...I do have 3 of the 4 bolted...you cant tell from the pics. But how does that affect the original question I was asking?
 
Sorry.. you have two pictures pointing at an open hole with no grill in hand, so thought that was also an issue. I only have a Dodge grill, so you'll have to wait for a Plymouth man...
 
There is supposed to be a tab on the filler panel that has a clip on it for the screw. What Happened to it?
It's GONE!

Yes I agree there is a missing tab. I was wondering if the filler panel is upside down?
 
Mine is missing both sides also. Was at a show and a guy with a 68 was nice enough to pull the bezel for me. There is a tab that bolts to the fender for that lower screw. Easy enough to fab one up, on my list for 2 years now LOL.
 
Thanks for all the replies guys, I just wanted a little validation I wasn't missing something obvious or going a little crazy.
