Bad vibrations in steering wheel since build it up

Hello all, maybe someone have a good idea or tip for me ...

the Story ( Short Version)

68 Dodge Charger R/T
Restoration from 2006 to 2016
Front suspension : control freak IFS ( modified , welded stronger, inkl , inner fender brace kit,Lower radiator support , torque boxes front and back , sub frame connectors etc)
Willowood Disc brakes 6 piston 12,75“ in front
Wheels and tires are steel wheel magnum 500 7x15 on 235/60/15 Pirelli tire on Aluminium spacers , because the IFs .
The steering box is a flaming river manual box , with couplers and a steering shaft , but without any bushings , Or damping .

car stand from about 2009 to 2016 on the suspension and tires without any movement , first real drive with running engine was 2016.
and since the first test drive up to now the Charger have bad vibrations start about 60to 70 Miles up to 85-90 miles , after 90 miles I not can feel it really , only very very small vibration like a dildo Maschine from a woman.

what i try up to now already without victory:

1. change to other tires and wheels ( Aluminium torque thrust from my station wagon ... maybe little better but not gone the vibrations

2. Change the whole tires and wheels in to new ones ( sane brand , tires and wheels ) because they stand so long on it and also the tires gets already 10 years old, maybe some damage on the rubber out of round or any other standing damage

3. try to balancing the wheels about 10 times already , because in Germany most people or tire balancing shop are not specialist in balancing this wheels where have to balancing with a adapter for the lug nuts . Because all the German cars balancing just by inner center wheel hub hole . I also try to found some one who can balancing me my wheels directly fine balancing on the car when the wheel is installed , but this Shop until now I not found it in Germany. .
Next step I think is to install a camera on different rotating parts and drive it in the vibration speed range , hopefully can see something moves or shakes ....

Looks like your front tires are the same size as the rear ones. Maybe move back tires to front and front to back?

Was thinking that but he said he tried different tires.....maybe he needs to get rid of the 'machine' :D
 
Do your wheel spacers properly center the wheel, or are they centered on the lugs?
 
Either of the front rotors hotter than the other side after a drive.
 
Driveshaft balance.
Also, if automatic transmission, check the flexplate to ensure it's true/flat. I went through the same issues with my Super Bee although the entire car shook.
 
Well I have to be the one:blah:check the tail shaft bushing. Maybe there is a woman machine in the floorboard:lol:
 
Agree, a $hitty drive line can cause all kinds of weird "feelings".
I swear, at around 70 mp/h it felt like the car was trying to hit warp speed. Very difficult to dial in and cost a bunch of money. The bent flex plate tab cost an entire transmission rebuild with every gut replaced.
Runs real smooth now.

no it’s 295 in back and front 235 , but the tires and wheels are new , and I also try some other wheels ( Aluminium ) from my Second mopar . No change, means the wheels and tires can’t be the problem

i will make some photos about the spacer Situation too today , but the spacer just installed over the studs , and the wheel itself centered by the lock nuts same if you installed without spacers . But of course the spacer itself you not can be centered , he just sitting over the lock nuts and you have of course some play around because the holes in the spacer are a bid thicker then the stud
