The rollers are broken on the track. Plastic laying in the bottom of the door. Needs a rebuild kit.

The kit is about $90, does both doors. What can I expect labor to be to replace the rollers and plastic parts? 73 B body.

Download or buy a factory service manual and do it yourself. Not that difficult and you will probably struggle finding someone in a modern shop who is familiar with this old iron anyway.

The rollers are busted. Took the door panel off and looked. Just wondering what the labor cost would be if I take it in. How long would it take to do one door?

That would depend upon whom is doing it. I would not let anyone do it on an hourly rate. Any one that's done it before should be able to give you a flat rate.

Same thing happened to me. I bought parts and did it myself. It's not a hard job at all, and I'm hardly a master mechanic. Just took a little time and patience but it's easily done.
