distributor choice

Direct connection book is available reprinted and CDROM.

About distributor... what year is the car ? and how correct you wanna make it for the year ? I think on the easier would be get any stock dist ( points or elect ) and install a pertronix Ignitor I or II in it... maybe even III if you want it more "seteable"

If you want it with external module, I'm happy with the Rev-N-Nator box. Being my car is 74, the stock look on these makes a GREAT piece for me. and is being triggered by a fully adjustable MP ( Mallory ) distributor.

These are my 2 cents on somehow stock look.
can you tell who reprints the D.C book im looking for vintage 79 race bulletins

it can get better performance or not ( at each one taste ), but I meant is the GM alternative for the Mopar stock ECU one.

The GM one was definitely not a knockoff or copy of Mopar. It had some distinct advantages stock to stock. With todays technology, everything is pretty much on an even playing field. It does just boil down to your preference.

I always run an msd pro billet dizzy with msd 6al2 box and blaster ss coil. Never have had issues and works perfectly.
